Ashneer Grover withdraws NCLT Plea Alleging Oppression and Mismanagement with an NCLAT Early Hearing Plea with BhartPe Board. On 17 October 2024, he decided to withdraw his plea and did so. He made a settlement with the company on 30 September 2024 which resulted in his plea’s withdrawal.

In the Early Days, he pleads against the firm’s board for mismanagement. But now, it is seen that he withdrew it from the National Company Law Tribunal. For the same, the Delhi Tribunal accepted the application and submitted a copy of it. In 2022, he was removed from the MD position of BhartPe. After this Board Members and he got involved in legal disputes.

However, he had declared it illegal for the Board to make changes to the company BharatPe. He also requested the NCLT to order an inspection and audit of the company by the Ministers of Corporate Affairs. He also broke his termination with his wife Madhuri Jain by the Company’s Board.

As per the reports, the settlement that comes with Grover is not linked with the BharatPe. So, his shares get transferred to Resilient Growth Trust for the company’s benefit. And some of the remaining shares will be handled by a family trust. No, now he is not a shareholder of BharatPe Company.
